Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

We provide end-to-end creative and printing solutions for pharmaceutical marketing materials such as Visual Aid Books, Reminder Cards, Chit Pads, Chemist Order Books, Prescription Pads, Wall & Table Calendars, Bill Books, Product Packaging Mock-ups, and other customized promotional items.

Every design is created with doctor engagement as the core focus.

Services include concept creation, design development, revisions, final approval, printing, lamination, binding, packaging, and dispatch.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

Orders must be placed in writing (email/WhatsApp/website form) with clear instructions.

Work begins only after receiving:

• Design inputs / content from client
• Advance payment (minimum 50%)
• Formal confirmation of project scope

Clients must carefully check and approve the final soft copy (PDF/Images) before printing. Any changes requested after approval will be considered as new work and may involve additional charges and revised timelines.

3. Design Approval & Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are usually included unless otherwise agreed.
• Extra revisions, major design changes, or redesigns requested after approval will attract additional costs.
• Rx Design Hub is not responsible for errors in content (drug names, dosage, spelling, branding) provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

• Minimum 50?vance is mandatory to start any work.
• Remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch of the printed material.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cheque (subject to clearance).
• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where Rx Design Hub fails to deliver the confirmed order.
• Delays in payment may cause order hold and affect delivery timelines.

5. Printing Specifications & Quality Assurance

• Printing is carried out on premium quality materials such as 300 GSM Art Card with BOPP Lamination (Gloss/Matte) or as per client specifications.
• Slight variations in color shades, lamination finish, or paper quality may occur due to industry standards. Such variations are normal and acceptable.
• Binding, folding, cutting, and finishing will be done with industry precision, but minor manual variations may exist.
• Rx Design Hub ensures strict quality checks before dispatch, but clients must acknowledge that 100% exact color match cannot be guaranteed across print runs.

6. Delivery & Logistics

• Rx Design Hub provides PAN-India delivery via the client’s preferred courier or transport partner.
• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on design approval date, printing schedules, courier availability, and regional transit times.
• Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier/transport company. Rx Design Hub will provide tracking details and dispatch receipts.
• We are not liable for delays due to delivery partners.

7. Digital Files & Ownership

• All designs created by Rx Design Hub remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• Final approved files will be stored by Rx Design Hub for 3 months for reprinting convenience. After that, storage is not guaranteed.
• Open/editable source files (e.g., CDR) will not be shared unless specifically included in the agreement and may involve additional charges.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once design approval is given and printing has started, the order cannot be canceled.
• Refunds will only be applicable if Rx Design Hub cannot complete the order due to technical failure or non-availability of raw material.
• No refunds will be issued for delays caused by client-side approvals, incomplete information, or courier issues.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, and final content before printing.
• Ensure timely approvals to avoid project delays.
• Make payments as per agreed schedule.
• Review the final design carefully before giving print approval.

10. Force Majeure

Rx Design Hub shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, political unrest, technical failures, or transport disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rx Design Hub’s liability in any case shall not exceed the total value of the order paid by the client.

We are not liable for loss of business, profits, or indirect damages arising from use or non-use of our products.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (India) courts only.

By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms in full.
