1. Scope of Services

We provide end-to-end creative and printing solutions for pharmaceutical marketing materials such as Visual Aid Books, Reminder Cards, Chit Pads, Chemist Order Books, Prescription Pads, Wall & Table Calendars, Bill Books, Product Packaging Mock-ups, and other customized promotional items.

Every design is created with doctor engagement as the core focus.

Services include concept creation, design development, revisions, final approval, printing, lamination, binding, packaging, and dispatch.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

Orders must be placed in writing (email/WhatsApp/website form) with clear instructions.

Work begins only after receiving:

Clients must carefully check and approve the final soft copy (PDF/Images) before printing. Any changes requested after approval will be considered as new work and may involve additional charges and revised timelines.

Rx Design Hub shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, political unrest, technical failures, or transport disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rx Design Hub’s liability in any case shall not exceed the total value of the order paid by the client.

We are not liable for loss of business, profits, or indirect damages arising from use or non-use of our products.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (India) courts only.

By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms in full.
