Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payments

All projects require a 50 percent advance payment before we start work.

Advance payments are non-refundable once design work has begun, as our design team invests time and resources immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the design has been approved for printing.

If the client wishes to cancel before final design approval, a refund of the advance is not applicable since creative efforts are already invested.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

• If Rx Design Hub fails to deliver the confirmed order due to technical or operational reasons from our side.
• If there is a major manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong product printed, incorrect material used, or significant misprint not matching the approved proof).
• If the order is accepted but cannot be initiated due to non-availability of raw materials (rare scenario).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• If the design/content shared by the client had errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect dosage, wrong images) that were not corrected before final approval.
• If there are minor color shade differences between digital proofs and final prints (standard industry limitation).
• Delays caused by client’s late approvals, incomplete information, or late payments.
• Delays or damages occurring due to courier/transport services, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
• If the client is dissatisfied with a design style preference after giving final approval.

5. Replacement Policy

• If a product is delivered with a verified printing or manufacturing defect, Rx Design Hub will reprint and replace the order at no extra cost.
• Clients must report the defect within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
• The replacement timeline will depend on printing schedules and raw material availability.

6. Refund/Replacement Process

Clients must email/WhatsApp us with the order ID, issue details, and photo/video evidence within the specified time.

After internal review, if the issue is found valid, Rx Design Hub will proceed with either:

• Full/Partial Refund (processed to client’s original payment mode within 7–10 working days), OR
• Free Replacement/Reprint of the product.

7. Mode of Refund

• Refunds, if approved, will only be made to the same account/payment method used for the original order.
• No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

8. Final Authority

Rx Design Hub reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement claims, ensuring fairness and transparency in every case.
