Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payments

All projects require a 50 percent advance payment before we start work.

Advance payments are non-refundable once design work has begun, as our design team invests time and resources immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the design has been approved for printing.

If the client wishes to cancel before final design approval, a refund of the advance is not applicable since creative efforts are already invested.
